Are you using all the energy available to you?

Are you tired and finding it difficult to find your mojo? Do you feel that your battery has run out? Are you finding it difficult to sleep?
It may be that you could benefit by reconnecting to your Stone Age habits…
There is a huge increase in inflammatory diseases in our modern world such as chronic pain, stiffness, tiredness, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia and asthma. Chronic inflammation occurs as a result of the immune system failing to switch off so that positively charged free radicals start destroying healthy tissue, increasing pain and speeding up the aging process.
Fortunately for us, the surface of the Earth is full of negatively charged free electrons which is continually being recharged by approximately 5,000 lightning strikes per minute over the globe. When the negatively charged electrons from the Earth meet the positively charged free radicals from an over-functioning immune system, the inflammatory response is cancelled out.
However, we have become disconnected from the Earth with the advent of shoes, carpets and protective flooring. Back in the Stone Age, people walked barefoot and benefitted from frequent doses of restorative electrons which boosted the energy system.
So what do we have to do and what will it cost us? Just stand bare foot in the garden on, preferable wet, grass, for 15 – 30 minutes a day. The good news is that it will cost you absolutely nothing. Moreover, you’ll feel better, sleep better and look younger for longer.
Easier said than done, you may say, when there’s a gale blowing and it’s raining but, as Billy Connelly said: “There is no such thing as bad weather – only inappropriate clothing.”
Let’s take a leaf out of his book, put on our coats, grab a hot drink and get out there with no shoes on.Walk through the sand on the beach, splash through the waves, hang up the washing outside in bare feet or sit on a chair with your feet on the ground and read a book.
Don’t avoid that patch of bare earth or wet grass outside your back door – it is a mine of gold waiting to be tapped. Get connected, watch your energy rise and give thanks that we are literally standing on an enormous battery of energy just waiting to recharge us.
