Aging can thin the frontal cortex of the brain causing forgetfulness, memory loss and lack of focus. Mindfulness helps to thicken the cortex so that the brain stays youthful. Learn how to relax your body and mind, and become more calmly aware. Take back control of your life and live more in the present moment, making tiredness and overwhelm issues of the past. We practice non-religious exercises based around the exploration of our senses, awareness, focus and contemplation.

We are all living in a hectic and fast-paced life which can often be very challenging and result in emotional and physical chaos. These exercises and techniques are invaluable tools in helping us to cope and enjoy life again.
