The UK has had had the wettest February on record and it looks as though March might follow in its soggy footsteps. Weather can feel as though it’s ruling our lives. But what if we look at it symbolically instead and an expression of consciousness? In other words, what if the weather was expressing our otherwise inexpressible feelings?

Wildfires could be describing the hot rage and out-of-control fear we feel at injustice, climate collapse and war…

If we dared to listen to the weather inside ourselves, might we be able to find our centre and stay calm, like the stillness in the middle of a hurricane?
