Many of us are familiar with the process of making a Vision Board. Finding and cutting out images from magazines can focus our minds on what we would like to create and make them more likely to manifest into reality.
We all feel better on a sunny day but the sunshine doesn’t always appear, even in the summer. It may be there, but we can’t always see it above the clouds.

When clouds block the brightness and turn the air gloomy, it can be very helpful to have a Sunshine Box to look inside. Then it doesn’t matter what the weather is like. You will always have something to cheer you up.
To make one, find a beautiful box that gives you pleasure to look at and touch. If you prefer, you could use a folder or even the notes on your phone.
Fill your box with poems, sayings, photos and ‘aha’ moments that are positive and remind you of happy times. Afformations can be useful, too. Turn an affirmation – e.g. I am loved – into a question – In what ways am I loved? Then watch the brain go into its problem solving mode, working out what it can do rather than can’t, and prove to you just how loved you are.
Having a Sunshine Box is a wonderful way to bring the sunshine into your life whenever you need it and remind yourself of all the positive things you have to celebrate.
